Nuno Sousa e Silva is a Lawyer and Assistant Professor at the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University. He holds a law degree (2011), a Master's (2013) and a PhD (2019) from the same institution, and an LLM in Intellectual Property and Competition Law (2014) from the MIPLC — Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, a joint academic programme of the Max-Planck-Institut für Immaterialgüter- und Wettbewerbsrecht, Augsburg University, Technische Universität München, and George Washington University Law School.
